Patient contact validation

During patient registration in the online booking module, some fields are mandatory, such as name, surname, sex, birthday, identity code, email and mobile phone number.
When the patient insert a mobile phone number, a validation code is automatically sent to that number via SMS.
If the patient does not receive the SMS, the following email is sent to the center admin:

The patient Mario Rossi registred to the online booking module but he failed to validate the mobile phone number, so he will not be able to use online services.
To verify patient's data:
try contacting the patient on 335*******
update the contact validation status in patient card
Once these operations have been completed, the patient will be able to access the online booking module using the password selected during registration.

The SMS is not delivered to the patient mobile number because the mobile network is temporarely unavailable or because the mobile phone number is not correct.
In these cases, the center admin has to access to the patient card and verify if Validated contact field is red or green. If, in the meantime, the SMS has been delivered and the patient has been able to complete the validation, the field changed into green and no action is due by the center admin. If the field still stays red, the center admin has to manage it.

Only after the center admin has double checked the mobile phone number with the patient, the center admin has to check Validated contact and save.

In these cases, a reboot of the mobile device is recommended.
